I flew into Queenstown this morning and was met by the gorgeous Kamela Rapata for a visit to the St John Wakatipu station. The weather is cold but the southern hospitality at the station was wonderfully warm.

Gaining an insight into the station operations and responsibilities to the region was inspirational and reinforces why I chose St John as the charity for my walk, whilst further highlighting their need for funding in order to deliver the services that we take for granted.
